Here is Dr. Nardo during a week-long trip in Summer 2014 to cage dive with Great White Sharks in South Africa.  Oglethorpe’s mascot, Petey the Petrel, came along for the adventure!  Dr. Nardo enjoyed this diving so much that he made another trip to Guadalupe Island (23 hours off the coast of Mexico) for another five-day diving trip.  Artifacts from that trip are coming soon — stay tuned.
